• HOWTO Delete Voicemail Messages

  To delete voicemail messages: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'Voicemail' chapter. Check the box next to a voicem ail message. Click 'Delete' .

  To play your voicemail messages: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'Voicemail' chapter. Check the box next to a voicemail message. Click 'Play' .

  To see calls you have dialed: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'CDR' Tab.

• HOWTO Forward Voice Messages To Other Extensions

  To forward a voice message: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'Voicemail' chapter. Check the box next to a voicemail message. Click on the 'Forward' button and enter the destination extension.

• HOWTO Download Call Details Records from the NOVOCLOUD OSC Portal

  To download call details as a file: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'CDR' chapter. Click 'Advanced' and then 'Download CSV'
