HOWTO Logging Into NOVOCLOUD OSC (Online Self Care)

Open the system URL address https://pbx.novocloud.global/ in your web browser

Provide the email address associated with the user Extension and Extension PIN number, into 'E-mail' and 'PIN' fields respectively
Click on 'Login'

NOTE: In version 5.0, instead of extension's PIN, for logging into OSC you should use User Password associated with extension.

To delete voicemail messages: Login to OSC administration. Navigate to the 'Voicemail' chapter. Check the box next to a voicem ail message. Click 'Delete' .
